ABOUT
Oz AI Film is co-owned by Ronan Glennane. We develop in-house and use AI tools for development and production to radically cut costs and tailor more commercial fare towards the market.
We have several features close to production. We like to specialise in Murder Mysteries and have three in development.
MORE ON RONAN:
Ronan worked for 15 years in marketing and later as Irish head of theatrical distribution for Entertainment, Rank, and Polygram. In that time he was responsible for over 100 titles including ‘Four Weddings, Gangs of New York, The Mask, Seven, Shawshank Redemption, LOTR trilogy. In 2000 he produced his first ultra low budget feature ‘Peaches’ starring Matthew Rhys (The Americans), Kelly Reilly (Yellowstone), Eddie Masan and Sophie Okonedo. In 2006 he co-wrote, produced and directed another low budget indie ‘Pride and Joy’ (Owen Roe, Rory Keenan) which RTE acquired, screening it to a 20% audience share. It was also nominated for Monte Carlo best TV film. In 2010 he originated and co wrote the $10 million Australian mini series ‘False Witness’ starring Dougray Scott and Richard Roxburgh for BBC world.
We do not apply for grants or development loans. All IP has a clean chain of title and the company has several private equity backers.
